Coffee Table Albums

Coffee table albums are where the photographs are the pages of the album themselves. The images can be printed from edge to edge across the fold of the page, giving the feel of a magazine or coffee table book. The pages are thick photo paper on board giving the album a solid, reliable feel but without being too bulky.

I try to make the album options as simple as possible without over-complicating things with too many options. The standard album options are what I have found over the years that couples prefer. However, if you have a specific idea in mind or would like something a little different, please let me know and we can discuss options.

  • 14x10in or 12x12in album

From £ 445

  • extra images £5 each
  • upgrade to premium leather / photo or acrylic cover (£50)
  • upgrade to 16x12in (£95)
  • cover embossing (£10 per line / 20 characters per line)
  • Bespoke linen presentation box (£50)

To get the process of your album design started I will need from you:

  • Your choice of album size : 14x10in or 12x12in
  • Your selection of images

When it comes to choosing your selection of images, don’t feel you have to choose exactly the amount you feel you need. You may decide to add ro remove images when you see the initial design. I would suggest getting in all your favourite images and the ones you feel best represent the day. You have as many revisions as you need so there’s no pressure to get it right first time!

At some point during the process, I will also need:

  • Your choice of album cover
  • Any extras you may want (embossing, extra images etc)

I can get the process started with just your selection of images and size of album. We wont be able to order the album until you have decided on all the options.

Standard packaging is where the album is presented in a linen bag and kraft box.

Premium packaging is a bespoke clamshell opening box made specifically to the dimensions of your album. You have the options of black, dark grey, light grey or white Buckram.

You can emboss you names, wedding date and/or venue on the front cover. You have a choice of two fonts (Gill Sans or Times Roman) with 20 characters per line and up to two lines. Whether you can have blind-debossing or gold/silver foil debossing will depend on what kind of album cover you have.

Once I have both your selection of images and size of album, I can start the design process. The initial design will take me about 7-10 days (depending on the time of year). I will post this design online for you to view and send me through any changes you may want. These changes usually take 2-3 days.

When you have confirmed all your changes, made all your album choices and paid for any extras, we can order your album. Once ordered, it will take anywhere between 4-6 weeks to be printed, bound and couriered out to you.

When you are ready, let me know and we can start the process. I just need the size of album and choice of images. If you already have an album included in your photography package or have paid for an album, I will start the album design process straight away. If you are ordering an album, there is a £150 deposit to be paid. I will send you an invoice for this and once it’s paid, I will start the process of designing the album. The balance and any extras must be paid for in full before the final album is ordered.”]

If you would like your album for Christmas, it has to be ordered no later 15th November for guaranteed delivery. This is the busiest time of the year for album companies and rarely have any flexibility for albums ordered after this date.

If you need your album for Christmas, the cut-off date is 15th November. You need to have your album ordered and any extras paid for by that date to guarantee Christmas delivery.

Once your album is ordered, no more changes can be made.

Starting the process of choosing images for your design can feel a little daunting. You don’t have choose the precise amount of images to start with as you may add/remove images as you make changes. You will have a much better idea of what works as the process goes on. You can change the images to/from colour or black and white to fit the design.

If you would like help choosing images or like feedback on images you have chosen, I am more than happy to help.
