Lincolnshire wedding photographer | Eugenie & Alex

Eugenie & Alex were married on what felt like one of the first proper days of spring this year. It also felt a little like deja vu as I had photographed Louisa and Harry’s wedding here back in July 2008 (you might be able to spot Eugenie’s hat at that wedding). But whereas Louisa was quite anxious, Eugenie couldn’t have been more relaxed – and where Harry was quietly calm and confident, Alex was quite anxious (but that could have been something to do with the rugby later in the day!) This time around there was a strong Welsh influence with an impressive male voice choir from Lincoln Cathedral but still a bit early for the daffodils. Equally impressive were Eugenie’s wedding shoes, so bright my camera sensor couldn’t quite work them out! Here are a few of my favourite images from the day.

Great captures giving a wonderful impression of a fine wedding. Cake cutting with a sword, a first for me, but I like it !
