We hired Jim to be our wedding photographer in August 2023. He was professional from the start, but also put us straight at ease. Perfect for at least one of us not particularly liking to pose for the camera.

We had terrible weather which completely put the schedule to pot (it was a marquee in a field wedding) but he worked with our wedding coordinator to find a workaround and just got on with it. Then as soon as the sun came out he was on it to get us all outside to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Which particularly benefited from the drone footage! That was a complete suprise and bonus, we loved it.

The photos were ready online in a few weeks and a classy usb was sent to us. It took us ages to get through them all but what a lovely reminder of the day they were. Given the day went by in such a flash it was so nice to remember what had actually happened! Jim captured so many moments, in the perfect way. And the highlights video was amazing!
Throughout the day and evening we didn’t even notice he was there (no offence Jim!). Other than when he was getting us organised for the formal shots of course. Then he was well in command!
