Loseley Park wedding. Blimey – bright and sunny doesn’t really cover the weather for the Loseley Park wedding of Nicki and Luke. The sun came out in glorious style. The spring we had all been waiting for seemed to burst onto the scene all in one day. And very welcome it was too. Loseley Park is a stunning venue and even more so when the sun shines. Unfortunately the spring was about a month late this year. Which meant that the plants and flowers that would normally be in full effect were just rather sheepishly peeking out. Not a problem for Nicki and Luke, two incredibly happy and laid back people who were just overwhelmed by the love and support of their friends and family. Anything else was a bonus. The ceremony was in the incredibly grand main hall of the house, always an impressive place to make your wedding vows.

A few nervous moments from both Nicki and Luke, you could tell how important it was for them. A huge sigh of relief and cheers all round for the first kiss and official announcement of the new Mr & Mrs! We had the gardens to ourselves after the ceremony. Even with the beds and borders looking a bit bare, we were still spoilt for opportunities to photograph. Back over to the barn for the wedding reception and wedding breakfast. Speeches were dotted through out the meal and I was impressed by how Luke managed to look so calm through his best man’s speech! Fantastic speeches by all concerned, a real emotional roller coaster. Fantastic wedding and fantastic couple – many, many congratulations!
