Woodhall Manor wedding photography. The last time I was at Woodhall Manor, the umbrellas were out with bursts of heavy rain. At Louise and Costa’s wedding, the umbrellas were out because of the brilliant sunshine! What a glorious day it was, from start to finish. And not just the weather. A huge amount of work had been put in to organising the day and the sunshine really was the cherry on the cake.

If I had to choose two words to describe the day, they would be “elegance” and “family”. This was one incredibly stylish wedding; understated with through and through elegance. Underlying the whole day was such a strong sense of family (some of the coolest parents I’ve met in a long time!) and one of the most emotional best man’s speeches I’ve heard. You really can’t go wrong with a mixture of elements like that. An incredible day, for an incredible couple.

One of the many bonuses of having a wedding at Woodhall Manor is that everything is on site. The boys got ready in the cottage behind the Manor; the girls got ready in the bridal prep room downstairs and then moved up to finish off in the bridal suite. The ceremony was held in the courtyard before Louise and Costa led their guests around to the lawns at the back of the Manor for the champagne reception. Then another short walk back through the courtyard for the meal and evening entertainment.
You can’t beat a few fireworks to end the end. But I suspect that it was far from the end, merely a break in a brilliant night’s partying!
