Bruisyard Hall wedding photos. Laura and Andrew were married in an intimate service at St Mary the Virgin, Mendlesham. The congregation was made up of invited wedding guests, family and parishioners from Mendlesham who the couple worship with regularly. A quiet, solemn and private occasion underlying the importance of the marriage ceremony itself for these two.
Then it was a bit of a drive to Bruisyard Hall for the wedding reception but well worth the journey. Bruisyard Hall is a stunning medieval hall steeped in history and surrounded by beautiful Suffolk countryside with the reception itself held in the adjacent newly refurbished Bruisyard Barn.

And then onto their wedding reception at Sophie’s family home in Sudbury. Happiest of happy bride and groom, sunny day in the English countryside, lots of guests determined to enjoy themselves. For me Suffolk wedding photography doesn’t get much more enjoyable than this! Assington Church is a picture perfect English church, a lovely place for a wedding but I did have to do a double take as I was greeted by a curious llama on the way down the drive.
