Stapleford Park is a stunning venue and we had perfect weather for the day (although when it started to drizzle during the bridal prep, I was given strict instructions not to mention it to Harriet!) As has been the form for weddings this year, the weather kept us guessing up until the last minute …and now I’ve mentioned that, it’ll probably chuck it down at the next wedding. Sorry! The hotel was ideal venue for a typically English wedding reception on the lawns with croquet and boules.
