Villa Cimbrone wedding

Ravello wedding photography. The Amalfi coastline has to be one of the most spectacular in the Mediterranean. You wind your way up along the Bay of Naples past so many historic and beautiful sites to get to Ravello. Sitting on the hill above the town is one of the most stunning hotel views you are likely to see. It’s about a 10 minute walk up along a stone paved path into Villa Cimbrone, past terraces of vineyards and dusty stone buildings. It’s such a secluded venue, it feels like a well kept secret. Once you go through the gates of the hotel you meander through its incredible gardens and out onto the terrace. This spot has all the romance and superb scenery of Italy can offer … and so much more!

“The most beautiful sight that I have ever seen in the world is the panoramic view from Villa Cimbrone on a bright winter’s day, when the sky and the sea are so vividly blue that it is not possible to distinguish them from each other”

Emma and Matt chose well. This is one of the most beautiful places in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Which makes it one of the most romantic. The view from the terrace is breath-taking, walking up to the rails you feel you are looking out into infinity. It is difficult to tell where the sky stops and sea starts. The first time you walk along the terrace, it’s difficult not to feel that you will carry on walking into the sky.

Wedding photos in Naples

This lovely couple are two of the most modest and generous people you are likely to meet. The day was planned to perfection with so much for their friends and family to enjoy. Their enjoyment came from watching everyone have such a great time. The ceremony was held in the small romanesque temple in the gardens whilst the reception spread through the gardens and onto the terrace. They really made the most of the day and the space. The evening meal was held in the crypt, a space with it’s own charm over looking the sea. Emma and Matt had spared nothing in the planning and the evening kicked off with the big band flown in especially with their very own Frank Sinatra leading party late into the night.
