One of the great things about Haughley Park Barn is that you have exclusive use of the venue. It’s yours for the day. Oak beams and bare brick walls have their own rustic charm in the barn. Or you can add your own personal touches and decorations. Lucy and Paul had done a lot of work before the wedding to put their own stamp on the day. It looked incredible. Everything was pitched perfectly from the flowers to the drapes across the beams. Subtle yet striking.

Church wedding at Wetherden

On the way back from the church wedding ceremony, we managed to get some lovely photographs of the classic car sweeping up the long drive. Even if you have been working hard in the venue for the days before, it must be a majestic sight for a new bride and groom. Driving through the rolling Suffolk countryside and woodlands, past the manor house and pond and onto the barn. Greeted by your guests and handed that all important glass of champagne and a canape or two! Then relaxing on the lawn outside the barn for your reception. Everything is so close so you have the choice of where to do any family group photos and where you can go just for some photos of just the two of you.
