Summer wedding Bruisyard Hall. Ahh, and relax. It’s Kiri and Andy’s wedding day at Bruisyard Hall. A perfect summer’s day and the chilled elegance of this fantastic Suffolk wedding venue. It was the backdrop to a day filled with so much joy and laughter. There were a few nerves before the ceremony but once they were both stood at the top of the aisle, that all melted away. A few happy tears to break the tension.

These two were just brilliant; they blasted out into their wedding reception and you could tell straight away they were determined to make the most of the day. Their guests weren’t far behind! There really was so much fun and barrel loads of laughter all through the day. Testament to what a superb couple they are and the energy they generate in their relationships.

We were spoilt with the summer weather. Blue skies and a hot day meant that everyone was outside on the lawns and we could make the most of wandering around the barn and hall for photos. With the light staying with us till late, it meant that we had a mini-reception after the meal where guests could watch the sunset whilst building the energy up for the evening party.

One of the great ways of getting your guests onto the dance floor is usually a lot of champagne. Combine that with a ceilidh and you’ve got a winning combination for getting guests up and involved and having a great time. Organised chaos! A fantastic end to a fantastic day with a brilliant couple. I know that Kiri & Andy were beaming at the end of the day but a real guide to successful day was how much the guests enjoyed it all.
