Woodhall Manor wedding of Rosie & Jamie

Woodhall Manor wedding. Woodhall Manor is a little gem of a venue tucked away in the Suffolk countryside. Nicely self-contained with everything on site so you can get ready, get married, eat, party and crash out without having to move very far at all. Rosie was getting ready on the top floor bridal suite, beautifully light and secluded space over-looking the gardens. Jamie was in the room below with the rest of the boys. Nice and easy for me to be able to photograph both of the morning preparations without missing anything. Jamie made the most of greeting guests as well as getting ready. Rosie spent the morning with her mum and bridesmaids making the most of the quiet before the day got busy.

Even though is was a bit cloudy, it was an otherwise perfect summer’s day, perfect for an outdoor ceremony. Stunning location for a ceremony. Such a great way to be able to get married and lovely for the guests to enjoy. A short walk around the house to the champagne drinks reception on the back lawn. The day gave us so many opportunities for photos without making a dent on the day.

The rest of the day was brilliantly laid back and informal with drinks on the lawn behind the house and a meal in the dinning room before hitting the dance floor. The dance floor was heaving and didn’t stop until late. And thankfully only a little walk back to the hall for the end of the night and a little night cap in the hall bar! I couldn’t say for sure but if I was a betting man, I would say there might have been one or two sore heads the next morning. Woodhall Manor wedding of Rosie & Jamie.
